Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Food Sensitivity Testing (F.S.T.)  

Food sensitivity is caused by an intolerance or allergy to a specific food or food product.  A food allergy is an abnormal immune response or reaction to a particular food and may cause symptoms as simple as; indigestion, fatigue, acne or headaches.  Or it may cause more serious responses such as; asthma attacks, migraines, depression or extreme pain of the joints.  What we put into our body and how our body receives it is very important.  The doctors at Life Wellness Center can help you determine if you have an intolerance to certain foods and teach you ways to balance out your diet.
