Meet our Massage Therapists

Jeff Guille: Marketing Director/Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant

Jeff graduated from Bryman Institute/Corinthian College in 2005 in Massage Therapy and also has a degree in Graphic Design/Advertising.  His specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy and Integrated Massage to fit the client's needs.

Jeff's interest in Massage Therapy came after many years in the "corporate world" watching his health and the health of his co-workers, family and friends slowly begin to deteriorate through the lack of knowledge and proper education of wellness.  Utilizing his skills in health/wellness care and marketing, he is able to help promote and educate patients and the community in the services provided at Life Wellness Center.

Andy Kreuger: Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant

Andy received his training from St. Paul College and graduated in 2007 with a certification in Massage Therapy.  He is continuing his education at Inver Hills Community College as he explores his career options with the possibility of attending Northwestern Health Science University to become a chiropractor.  Andy graduated high school in 2005 from Rosemount High School and now resides in Rosemount. 

Sarah Johnson: Massage Therapist

Sarah received her education and training from the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 2000.  She is nationally certified and is part of the Emergency Response Massage International for Minnesota (a team of therapists who are deployed to local, regional and national disasters to give chair massages to the first responders on the scene).  

The techniques in which Sarah is certified include; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pressure Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Myofascial Release.  Depending upon the needs of your body during a massage session, she may integrate more than one of these techniques for a more effective treatment.
